1. Information we collect

• Account: your name and mobile number. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Delivery address: the addresses you save (village, house number, street, landmark, a name like "Home" or "Shop") and, if you allow it, the exact map location (latitude/longitude) of your door.
• Location: only when you tap "Use my location" or "Allow location", your phone's GPS position is used to find your village and to place the pin on the map. We do not track your location in the background.
• Orders: the items, quantities, prices, time slot, notes for the vendor, the final bill, how you paid (cash or UPI — recorded by the vendor, not the payment itself), ratings and complaints.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a notification token for your device, and whether a notification reached your phone and whether you opened it.
• Messages: anything you send us through "Contact us".
• Settings: your language (English or Hindi) and favourite items.
• Usage: an anonymous count of which page was opened (no name, phone or location attached).

We do not collect card numbers, bank or UPI details, contacts, photos, SMS or call logs.

2. How we use it

• To take your booking and pass it to the vendor who serves your village in that slot.
• So the vendor can find your door, call you if needed, make your bill and confirm delivery with your 4-digit delivery code.
• To send you order updates (confirmed, vendor on the way, at your door, bill ready, completed), slot reminders and, occasionally, RozBazaar announcements.
• To help with complaints, disputes and customer support.
• To improve the service (for example, which villages need more vendors).
• To prevent misuse of the service and to follow the law.

3. Who can see your information

• Your vendor: for your order only — your name, phone number, delivery address, map location, items and notes.
• The RozBazaar team: our admin and staff, to run and support the service.
• Service providers that run the app for us:
  • Supabase (database and login; servers in Mumbai, India)
  • Hostinger (website hosting)
  • Google (Google sign-in and delivery of notifications)
  • OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and Esri (map tiles and turning your map pin into a street name — they receive only the map coordinates, not your name or phone)
• Authorities: only if the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account and addresses while your account is active. Order records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes for up to 3 years. When you delete an address that was used in a past order, it is hidden from you but kept with that order. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

5. Your choices and rights

• Location: you can say no — just type your address instead. You can change this in your phone's settings any time.
• Notifications: you can turn them off in your phone's settings any time.
• Addresses and profile: you can add, edit and delete them in the app under "My account".
• Access, correction, deletion: you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. This is your right under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. How to delete your account

Email vedanshurathi@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my RozBazaar account", or use "Contact us" in the app, and include the mobile number of your account. We will confirm and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

7. Security

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the database is restricted so that each person can see only their own information, and vendors only the orders they deliver. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you if a breach affects you.

8. Children

RozBazaar is meant for adults placing household orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

1. हम कौन-सी जानकारी लेते हैं

• अकाउंट: आपका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर। Google से लॉगिन करने पर Google से आपका नाम और ईमेल भी मिलता है। आपका Google पासवर्ड हमें नहीं मिलता।
• डिलीवरी का पता: आपके सेव किए पते (गाँव, मकान नंबर, गली, लैंडमार्क, "घर" या "दुकान" जैसा नाम) और, अगर आप अनुमति दें, तो आपके दरवाज़े की सही मैप लोकेशन।
• लोकेशन: सिर्फ़ जब आप "मेरी लोकेशन लें" या "लोकेशन की अनुमति दें" दबाते हैं, तब आपके फ़ोन का GPS आपका गाँव ढूँढने और मैप पर पिन लगाने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। हम पीछे से आपकी लोकेशन ट्रैक नहीं करते।
• ऑर्डर: सामान, मात्रा, दाम, स्लॉट, वेंडर के लिए नोट, आख़िरी बिल, भुगतान का तरीका (नकद या UPI — जो वेंडर दर्ज करता है, भुगतान ख़ुद नहीं), रेटिंग और शिकायतें।
• नोटिफ़िकेशन: अगर आप अनुमति दें, तो आपके फ़ोन का नोटिफ़िकेशन टोकन, और यह कि नोटिफ़िकेशन आपके फ़ोन तक पहुँचा या नहीं और आपने उसे खोला या नहीं।
• संदेश: "संपर्क करें" से भेजी गई बातें।
• सेटिंग्स: आपकी भाषा (अंग्रेज़ी या हिंदी) और पसंदीदा सामान।
• इस्तेमाल: कौन-सा पेज खोला गया, इसकी गिनती — बिना नाम, नंबर या लोकेशन के।

हम कार्ड नंबर, बैंक या UPI की जानकारी, कॉन्टैक्ट, फ़ोटो, SMS या कॉल लॉग नहीं लेते।

2. हम इसका इस्तेमाल कैसे करते हैं

• आपकी बुकिंग लेने और उस वेंडर तक पहुँचाने के लिए जो उस स्लॉट में आपके गाँव में आता है।
• ताकि वेंडर आपका दरवाज़ा ढूँढ सके, ज़रूरत हो तो कॉल कर सके, बिल बना सके और आपके 4 अंकों के डिलीवरी कोड से डिलीवरी पक्की कर सके।
• ऑर्डर की जानकारी (पक्का, वेंडर रास्ते में, दरवाज़े पर, बिल तैयार, पूरा), स्लॉट रिमाइंडर और कभी-कभी RozBazaar की सूचनाएँ भेजने के लिए।
• शिकायत, विवाद और मदद के लिए।
• सेवा बेहतर बनाने के लिए (जैसे किन गाँवों में ज़्यादा वेंडर चाहिए)।
• गलत इस्तेमाल रोकने और क़ानून का पालन करने के लिए।

3. आपकी जानकारी कौन देख सकता है

• आपका वेंडर: सिर्फ़ आपके ऑर्डर के लिए — आपका नाम, फ़ोन नंबर, पता, मैप लोकेशन, सामान और नोट।
• RozBazaar टीम: हमारे एडमिन और स्टाफ़, सेवा चलाने और मदद के लिए।
• सेवा देने वाली कंपनियाँ जो हमारे लिए ऐप चलाती हैं:
  • Supabase (डेटाबेस और लॉगिन; सर्वर मुंबई, भारत में)
  • Hostinger (वेबसाइट होस्टिंग)
  • Google (Google लॉगिन और नोटिफ़िकेशन पहुँचाना)
  • OpenStreetMap / Nominatim और Esri (मैप और मैप पिन से गली का नाम निकालना — इन्हें सिर्फ़ मैप की लोकेशन मिलती है, आपका नाम या नंबर नहीं)

हम आपकी निजी जानकारी कभी नहीं बेचते या किराये पर देते, और विज्ञापन देने वालों के साथ साझा नहीं करते।

4. हम जानकारी कब तक रखते हैं

जब तक आपका अकाउंट चालू है, हम आपका अकाउंट और पते रखते हैं। हिसाब और विवाद के लिए ऑर्डर का रिकॉर्ड 3 साल तक रखा जाता है। किसी पुराने ऑर्डर में इस्तेमाल हुआ पता हटाने पर वह आपको नहीं दिखता, पर उस ऑर्डर के साथ रहता है। अकाउंट हटाने को कहने पर हम 30 दिन के अंदर आपकी निजी जानकारी हटा देते हैं या पहचान-रहित कर देते हैं, सिवाय उसके जो क़ानूनन रखना ज़रूरी है।

5. आपके विकल्प और अधिकार

• लोकेशन: आप मना कर सकते हैं — बस पता लिख दें। फ़ोन की सेटिंग में इसे कभी भी बदल सकते हैं।
• नोटिफ़िकेशन: फ़ोन की सेटिंग में कभी भी बंद कर सकते हैं।
• पते और प्रोफ़ाइल: ऐप में "मेरा अकाउंट" में जोड़ें, बदलें और हटाएँ।
• देखना, सुधारना, हटाना: आप अपने डेटा की कॉपी माँग सकते हैं, उसे सुधारने को कह सकते हैं, या अपना अकाउंट और डेटा हटाने को कह सकते हैं। यह भारत के डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 के तहत आपका अधिकार है।

6. अपना अकाउंट कैसे हटाएँ

vedanshurathi@gmail.com पर "Delete my RozBazaar account" विषय के साथ ईमेल करें, या ऐप में "संपर्क करें" से लिखें, और अपने अकाउंट का मोबाइल नंबर बताएँ। हम पुष्टि करके 30 दिन के अंदर आपका अकाउंट और निजी डेटा हटा देंगे।

7. सुरक्षा

सारा डेटा सुरक्षित (HTTPS) कनेक्शन से जाता है। डेटाबेस ऐसा बना है कि हर व्यक्ति सिर्फ़ अपनी जानकारी देख सके, और वेंडर सिर्फ़ वही ऑर्डर जो वे पहुँचाते हैं। कोई भी सिस्टम 100% सुरक्षित नहीं होता, पर हम आपकी जानकारी बचाने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं और कोई गड़बड़ी होने पर आपको बताएँगे।

8. बच्चे

RozBazaar घर का सामान मँगाने वाले बड़ों के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 18 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों की जानकारी नहीं लेते। अगर आपको लगे कि किसी बच्चे ने जानकारी दी है, तो हमें बताएँ, हम उसे हटा देंगे।

9. इस नीति में बदलाव

नीति बदलने पर हम ऊपर की तारीख़ बदलेंगे और बड़े बदलाव ऐप में बताएँगे।
